Serving meals at retreats is always a hard thing...trying to please everyone's wants, needs etc...

Help me out!

I can only imagine how difficult that can be.  Personally I think you will drive yourself crazy trying to please everyone.  Coming from personal experience as a VERY picky eater, you will learn to deal with it.  I think you could maybe have a couple of options, but ladies are free to bring their own snacks or leave to get something right?  The menu listed on the site sounds great and looks like there are several options for those who might not like certain foods.

So my advice would be...Go with your first choice and don't look back.  Most of us will probably be too busy cropping to worry about food. LOL  Just don't stress yourself out about it, Im sure you have PLENTY of other things to worry about as well!!!  Grin

GOOD LUCK!

I like the comfort  food.  Because for me, it's a "splurge" for the weekend.  Drinkin', eatin', scrappin', gettin' a massage....

But, then again I'm not eating like that every weekend.  I think it's nice when you do have some lower fat choices, ie. nice salad.  That way, if someone is wanting to be more careful, they can load up on salad and eat a smaller portion of the higher fat entree!  : )
