$55 deposit holds your spot:  non-refundable
Balance of Fee due 30 days before the event.
If you register with less than 30 days to the event payment in full is due immediately.
 
Cancellation Policy:
  • $55 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable to another event.  It is forfeit upon cancellation.  You may arrange to sell your spot to another.
  • Balance of fees is transferrable (not refundable) to another event ONLY if your space filled from a waiting list.  You may arrange to sell your spot to another.
  • There is NO EXCEPTION TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY.
  •  We offer a Cancellation Transfer Option...If you purchase this non-refundable option you may transer your fee minus the $55 deposit to another event w/in one year of cancelled event.      This option must be purchased at the time the full fee or balance is paid.
Credit Card payments:
Incur a 3.65% convenience fee, which is added at the time your credit card is processed.
